How it works
Everything included
From the first scan to the last handover — one app for orders, payments, pre-orders, walk-ins and your menu.
Customers scan the code on the table, browse your live menu and order straight from their own phone — no app, no download.
Incoming, Active, Pre-orders and History — one queue, oldest first. A new order rings a full-screen alarm even when the phone is locked.
An order stays invisible until the payment is confirmed. Deny it and the refund is raised automatically — no argument at the counter.
Customers pick a pickup time inside your opening hours. You get an alarm thirty minutes before it's due so you can start cooking.
No QR, no problem. Your staff can place the order on a walk-in customer's behalf — paid now, or pay later.
Photograph the board you already have and ezzeats reads it into an editable draft. You approve every line before it goes live.
Built for the ₹40 plate and the ₹400 one
The same ordering flow behind all three — what changes is how much of it you switch on.
Street Food Stall
Turn on auto-accept and you never touch the phone during a rush — orders arrive paid, you cook, you hand over. Takeaway packing charge added automatically.
Food Court Outlet
The court gets one directory code listing every live outlet; you keep your own menu, your own orders and your own money. Go offline for a break without leaving the hall.
Restaurant & Café
Customers pick a pickup time inside your opening hours. Invite managers and staff with their own permissions. Chef's specials sit at the top where people actually look.
Closing time
Every order writes itself down. Revenue against last week, your best and worst items, the hours you are genuinely busy, and what people quietly rate each dish out of five.
The things people ask us
No. The QR opens your menu in whatever browser is already on their phone. They verify their number once so their order and its history belong to them, and that's it.
There is no ezzeats commission on your food. Payments run through a payment gateway, and the gateway charges its own per-transaction fee — that goes to them, not to us.
Deny the order, or just that item, from your phone. The refund is raised automatically against the original payment, and the customer sees it on their tracking page.
Your staff can place the order in the app themselves. It joins the same queue, gets the same tracking link, and can be marked paid now or pay-later.
Yes — they pick a pickup time inside the opening hours you set, and you get an alarm thirty minutes before it's due so you can start cooking.
Yes. Each stall gets its own code, menu and orders. The court gets one directory code that lists whichever outlets are live right now.
Tonight, if you want
The longest part is typing in your menu — and you can photograph that instead. Most kitchens take their first QR order the same evening they sign up.
Your number, your restaurant name, the kind of food you serve. Verified by OTP — no paperwork, no sales call.
Type it in, or photograph the board and approve the draft. Prices, veg marks and chef's specials included.
Your QR is already generated. Flip the switch to Live and the next person who scans it can order.
